Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Gaurify for your use of Gaurify Meet. Please read them. By creating an account or booking through the product, you accept them.

1. Who we are

Gaurify Meet is a scheduling product operated by Gaurify ("we", "us", "our"). It is part of the Gaurify family of products, alongside Gaurify OS. You can reach us any time at hello@gaurifyhq.com.

2. Accounts and access

Gaurify Meet is currently access based. You may need to request access before you can create a host account. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your sign in credentials safe, and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country to hold an account. If you set up a page for an organization, you confirm you are allowed to act for it.

3. What the product does

Gaurify Meet lets a host publish a booking page, connect a calendar, and accept meetings. Guests pick a time and book. Where a host turns it on, Flow (our AI assistant) can help draft and arrange bookings, and can read a screenshot you provide to pre-fill a meeting. The host always receives a copy of every booking.

Flow is an assistant, not a decision maker. Always check what it suggests before you confirm. We are not responsible for a booking you confirmed based on an AI suggestion you did not review.

4. Acceptable use

Use Gaurify Meet lawfully and decently. You agree not to:

• Break the law, or help anyone else break it, through the product.
• Send spam, harass people, or upload content that is unlawful, hateful, or infringing.
• Probe, scrape, overload, or try to break the service or its security.
• Resell or white label the product except through a plan that allows it.
• Impersonate another person or organization.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why where we can.

5. Guests and bookings

When a guest books with a host, the meeting is between the guest and that host. We provide the tool. The host is responsible for honouring the booking and for how they handle the guest's details. Guest information is only ever shown to the host they booked with, and changes to a guest's own identity are confirmed by the guest. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Plans, payment and taxes

Paid plans, the free trial, autopay, and cancellation are described on our Pricing page and governed by our Refunds and Billing terms. Prices are shown in your local currency where we support it. For customers in India, prices include GST and we issue a GST invoice.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you put into Gaurify Meet, such as your page details, availability, and booking notes. You give us the limited permission we need to host and show that content so the product works. We do not sell your content and we do not use it to train models.

8. Our intellectual property

The Gaurify name, logo, the product, and its design are ours. These terms do not give you any right to use them beyond using the product as intended.

9. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the service up, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted. We may change, add, or remove features. If we make a material change to these terms, we will let account holders know by email or in the product before it takes effect.

10. Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. We do not warrant it will be error free or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for a meeting that did not happen as you hoped.

11. Termination

You can stop using the product and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we must for legal or security reasons. On termination, your right to use the product ends; some data is retained or deleted as set out in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
