Refunds & Billing

Fair and simple. Here is exactly how paid plans are charged, how to cancel, and when you get money back. Prices and plans are on our Pricing page.
The short version: Pro starts with a free trial. You add a card or UPI autopay at sign up, and you are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before then and you pay nothing.
Free trial and autopay
New Pro accounts start with a free trial. The length of the trial can vary from account to account, and we always show yours clearly at sign up and in your account. To keep it seamless, we collect a payment method (card or UPI) and set up an autopay mandate at sign up. No amount is charged during the trial. When the trial ends, autopay charges the plan price for the next period, and then on each renewal, until you cancel.
Cancelling
You can cancel from your account settings at any time. If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged. If you cancel a paid plan, it stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and it will not renew after that. We do not lock you into a contract.
Refunds
- The free trial means you can try Pro fully before paying anything, so we generally do not refund a period that has already been used.
- If you were charged in error, or something on our side prevented you from using a paid feature, contact us and we will make it right, including a refund where appropriate.
- Annual plans: if you cancel an annual plan, contact us and we will consider a pro rata refund for the unused full months, less any period already used.
- Payment provider fees on a refunded transaction may not be recoverable and can be deducted where the law allows.
To request a refund, email hello@gaurifyhq.com from your account email with your invoice number. We aim to respond within a few business days.
Payment methods
We accept cards, UPI, PayPal, and Apple Pay through regulated payment providers (see Sub-processors). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Taxes and GST invoices (India)
For customers in India, prices shown include GST and we issue a GST compliant invoice for every paid charge. Our seller GSTIN is 09DHLPG5603Q1ZR. Invoices are available in your account and are emailed to you. Customers outside India are billed in USD; local taxes, if any, are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Price changes
We started deliberately cheap and may adjust prices over time. If a price change affects your plan, we will tell you by email before it applies, and you can cancel if you do not want to continue.
