Data Processing Addendum

When guests book with you, you are in charge of their data. Gaurify processes it for you, only to run your booking page. This addendum is part of our Terms and applies to every host.

Who is who

• You, the host, decide why guest data is collected. You are the controller (the "data fiduciary" under India's law).
• Gaurify processes that data on your behalf. We are your processor.
• For your own account details, Gaurify is the controller. Our Privacy Policy covers that.

What we process

• Guest details: name, email, phone number if given, notes and answers to your questions.
• Booking details: the time, the meeting type, the join link and any payment status.
• Why: to show your availability, take bookings, add them to calendars, and send the emails and WhatsApp messages a booking needs.

What we promise

• We process guest data only on your instructions, which are your settings and your use of the product.
• We never sell it, never use it for ads, and never use it to train AI models.
• Only people who need access to run the service have it, and they are bound to keep it confidential.
• We keep it secure: encryption in transit and at rest, hashed credentials, and least-privilege access. Our Security page has the details.
• We help you answer a guest who asks to see, correct or delete their data.

Sub-processors

We use a small set of trusted providers, such as Cloudflare for hosting and Brevo for email. Each one is bound to protect the data. The full list, and what each one does, is on our Sub-processors page. We update that page before adding a new one.

Where data is stored

Gaurify Meet runs on Cloudflare's global network. Some providers may process data in other countries. Where data leaves your region, we rely on their safeguards for lawful transfers.

If something goes wrong

If we learn of a breach that affects your guests' data, we tell you without undue delay. We share what happened, what data is involved, and what we are doing about it.

When you leave

You can download your data any time from Settings > Download my data. When you delete your account, we delete guest data within a reasonable period. We keep only what the law requires, such as tax invoices.
